Our
office provides affordable care that addresses the most common acute
health problems your family faces. For $1 per visit
(and a $95 annual elite membership fee per person, providing benefits
through March 31st, 2011), each patient receives access to a nurse
practitioner.
In contrast to other urgent care clinics that charge $55 to $120 for
every visit, patients receive access to Dr. Aziz nurse practitioners
for only $1 per visit. In addition, due to our elite membership of
3000 patients, this program will provide more accessibility and personal
attention and an improved relationship with you to complement your
primary care.
Whether it’s a cold or the flu, an earache, or poison ivy, treatment
is available Monday through Saturday, during normal business hours,
first-come, first-served, with no appointment needed.
This program saves you time and money, keeping insurance premiums
low and preserving health saving/flexible spending accounts for more
challenging or chronic illness needs. Even if you have insurance,
an appointment with your doctor for a sudden acute illness might not
be available the day you need it most. Similar hurdles to immediate
care include the $65 or more you would spend at your pharmacy’s
in-store clinic, or the insurance paperwork hassles we can help you
avoid for simple health problems.
